Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

If a class is missed due to illness, holidays or personal circumstances, refunds or transfers cannot be guaranteed.

In exceptional circumstances, please contact Wonderplay directly and we will always try to help where possible.

Classes start promptly and late arrivals may miss parts of the session.

Wonderplay reserves the right to make changes to themes, equipment or activities where necessary.

If a session must be cancelled by Wonderplay, an alternative session, credit or refund will be offered where appropriate.

Safety & Supervision

Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times during sessions.

Please ensure children wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and active play.

Socks must be worn during sessions.

For health and safety reasons, children who are unwell should not attend classes.

Any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs should be disclosed during booking where relevant.

Sibling Policy

Siblings attending classes must have a booked space if participating in activities.

Non-participating younger siblings are welcome where practical, provided they remain supervised by their grown-up at all times.

Please contact Wonderplay before booking if you are unsure which class is most suitable for siblings.


 

Photography Policy

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during sessions for Wonderplay marketing and social media.

Permission preferences will always be respected and parents/carers can opt out at any time.

Please avoid photographing other children during sessions without permission.
